I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a cycle of overthinking and insecurity. For years, no matter how much others believed in me, I doubted myself and the gifts I had to offer. I was constantly questioning my value, worth and downplaying my abilities. What changed for me? I stop running from my imperfections and began to rest in them. I chose embrace who I truly am—and who I am not. I learned to stop hiding behind perfectionism and self-doubt and began to take action to live my life in purpose.
